You will lead and guide technical staff on ServiceNow project implementations, acting as an intermediary between business and technical teams. You will define project scope, objectives, and communication plans, manage resources, budgets, and schedules, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards while building trust-based client relationships.

Requirements

• 5-10 years business experience, 7+ in technology project/program management
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Proficient in project management principles
• Oversight of project economics (cost-benefit, ROI)
• Broad understanding of ServiceNow domains

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and communication plans
• Manage resources, timelines, budgets, and schedules
• Oversee project execution and mitigate risks
• Develop and update project plans with WBS
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to clients
