You'll build and own internal systems that automate business-critical workflows across HR, GTM, Finance, and Operations at a fast-growing voice AI startup. You'll work directly with founders and functional leaders to turn manual processes into scalable systems. This role offers high ownership and the chance to ship tools that directly impact revenue efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement internal tools and workflows for business process automation
• Build resume ingestion and candidate evaluation pipelines
• Develop systems for customer contracts, security, and compliance automation
• Create account receivable workflows, invoicing, and customer communication tooling

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years full-stack professional software engineering experience
• 1+ year experience with React and Python
• 1+ year startup experience

• Experience partnering with GTM, Ops, Finance, or Legal teams
• Prior work on internal tooling, automation platforms, or workflow systems
• Hands-on experience with CRM, billing, or compliance-related systems
