Description

In this role, you will maintain inventory accuracy using ERP/WMS systems, investigate discrepancies, and support shipping and receiving operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows in a fast-paced startup environment focused on defense technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
• Hands-on ERP/WMS experience (SAP, Foundry, ION, Netsuite)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory data integrity in ERP/WMS system
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Process cycle counts, adjustments, and reconciliations
• Manage daily intake of deliveries and verify documentation
• Support shipping operations including packing and scheduling
