You'll own and strengthen the technical foundations of a mobile banking app, leading a small React Native team. Your core impact is ensuring the mobile platform is a reliable foundation for product teams, enabling faster and confident delivery. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the mobile platform team, enabling product teams.
• Define engineering standards for security, performance, and quality.
• Contribute to React Native, TypeScript, and native module architecture.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, release workflows, and deployment processes.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of mobile engineering experience.
• 4+ years production experience with React Native and TypeScript.
• 4+ years native mobile development (Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, Java).
• 1+ year leading a mobile platform team with technical direction.

• Fintech, banking, or regulated product experience.
