You'll lead the Security Operations Center for Woven by Toyota's Japan region, triaging and responding to security alerts and incidents. You'll build detection and response capabilities for scalable incident lifecycle and collaborate with global SOCs. This role helps design more secure autonomous vehicle systems in a cutting-edge environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical security operations for intrusion detection and incident response
• Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic investigations
• Define strategy for detection, investigation, and incident response
• Improve security operations processes with automation-first mindset

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of technical leadership or team management
• 5+ years of hands-on security professional experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Ability to triage and investigate security incidents and explain business impact

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years technical leadership experience
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR deployments
• Hands-on with XDR tools like Microsoft 365 Defender, Crowdstrike
