💼 About This Role

You'll shape and scale Arc's platform, working with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver core cash management and capital products. You'll take full ownership of projects from idea to launch, solving customer problems with speed and quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product requirements and design features per roadmap
• Craft high-fidelity visuals, prototypes, and specifications
• Participate in design reviews with design and company leadership
• Work with Engineering to ensure quality implementation and UX

📋 Requirements

• Experience in user experience, visual design, and interaction design
• Ability to make and articulate design decisions
• Experience designing and shipping web/app products
• Understanding of speed vs quality trade-offs
