  • Respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and emails with empathy
  • Assist users with billing, technical issues, and navigation
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases
  • Review creator applications for accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor transactions to detect and prevent fraud

  • Passion for customer service and high-quality user experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proficiency with computers and web tools
  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail for identifying issues
