You'll support customers and creators via calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Your work helps improve platform performance by identifying issues and sharing insights with internal teams.

- Respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and emails with empathy
- Assist users with billing, technical issues, and navigation
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases
- Review creator applications for accuracy and compliance
- Monitor transactions to detect and prevent fraud
๐ Requirements
- Passion for customer service and high-quality user experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency with computers and web tools
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- High attention to detail for identifying issues
