💼 About This Role

You'll lead the global tax and regulatory compliance function for a 1,300-person consulting firm with seven entities worldwide. You'll drive overall tax strategy, ensuring timely and compliant operations across multiple jurisdictions while supporting continued growth. This role offers the chance to shape a firm's international tax framework and partner cross-functionally with finance, legal, and external advisors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee preparation and submission of corporate tax returns globally
• Manage relationships with local tax advisors and service providers
• Lead discussions on entity structure, transfer pricing, and tax efficiency
• Advise leadership on tax implications of new service offerings and clients

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive experience in international tax
• CPA certification
• Experience in multinational organization or professional services/consulting environment
• Strong knowledge of global tax regulations and transfer pricing
