🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and test HVAC equipment and systems
• Perform system replacements, upgrades, and refrigerant charging
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Diagnose issues using meters, gauges, and specialized tools

📋 Requirements

• Licensed HVAC Technician in Connecticut or equivalent
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Minimum 5 years residential/light commercial HVAC service experience
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug test
