You'll spearhead clinical planning for major healthcare projects from pre-design through construction, collaborating with clients to balance clinical needs with human experience. You'll lead user group meetings and mentor junior staff while working in a multi-disciplinary studio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead building strategies and departmental relationships for healthcare projects.
• Complete work in all project phases from planning to contract administration.
• Present design ideas and lead clinical user group meetings.
• Mentor junior and intermediate professionals.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a Healthcare Design Practice.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
• Eligibility for provincial architectural registration (OAA, AAA, or AIBC).
• Basic Revit skills required.

• Revit proficiency is an asset.
• Knowledge of medical equipment planning process.
