Description

In this role, you'll lead complex CRM transformation projects with a focus on Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, managing interdisciplinary teams and driving strategic initiatives for clients. You'll take ownership of project management at the executive level and guide your team to successful outcomes, while also developing services and identifying new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• University degree and at least 8 years of relevant professional and leadership experience
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams with excellent communication skills
• High IT affinity and enjoyment of strategic analysis and innovative projects
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
