Description

You will design and develop innovative seamless activewear and athleisure using circular and warp knit technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring concepts from sketch to production while aligning with Alo's aesthetic. Travel to suppliers and strong presentation skills are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field
• 3+ years of seamless apparel design experience focused on activewear/performance wear
• Proficiency in seamless knitting machines (e.g., Santoni) and garment construction
• Experience with 3D design software (CLO, Browzwear, or similar)
• Knowledge of yarn properties, fabric behavior, and textile technology

Responsibilities

• Design seamless circular and warp knit garments (activewear, athleisure, shapewear, performance wear) with focus on women's and some men's apparel
• Execute designs under direction of Senior Designer and Creative Director
• Travel to seamless suppliers from concept to production stages
• Collaborate with product development to innovate within brand vision
• Conduct fabric research, sourcing, and testing for optimal performance
