Description

You will lead multiple concurrent Alpha/Beta programs, recruit and manage users, analyze feedback to influence product decisions, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on testing workflows. You'll also facilitate company-wide communications, ensure compliance, and mentor junior program managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 5 years experience (or Master's plus 3 years)
• 2+ years experience with SQL or JQL to design and execute complex queries in Jira
• Experience applying program management principles including stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination
• Domain knowledge in Digital TV, set-top boxes, and audio/video devices
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Tableau, or Looker
