• Direct and manage team of Project Directors and Project Managers in global project execution.
• Provide oversight and strategic expertise for clinical study projects.
• Interact with study sponsors as primary point of escalation.
• Optimize profitability and manage resource allocations to meet budget targets.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or health-related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical research.
• Extensive project management and line management experience.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process.
