Description
You will own end-to-end recruitment processes for the Customer Operations department, sourcing candidates through various channels and providing an excellent candidate experience. You'll use data to inform hiring decisions, champion diversity, and maintain the ATS.
Requirements
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Proficiency with sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, CRM)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment processes
- Proactively source candidates via CRM, job boards, LinkedIn, and WTTJ
- Provide great candidate experience from application to offer
- Use data to inform hiring managers and iterate processes
- Champion DEI and attract diverse candidate pools
