You'll coordinate submittal packages and support project setup for an HVAC manufacturer rep firm. Your work directly impacts project accuracy and timeliness across sales, estimating, and project management teams. This role sits at the center of operations in a growing company with strong local roots.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble and issue submittal packages for awarded projects
• Coordinate with Estimating, Inside Sales, Sales, and Project Managers
• Track submittal status and support timely turnaround
• Monitor shared inboxes and route requests to appropriate teams

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree in business or related field
• 3+ years experience in customer service or project coordination
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
