🎯 What You'll Do
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and clients with referrals.
- Monitor lobby security and enforce safety protocols.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders.
- Maintain accurate logs, emails, and administrative records.
📋 Requirements
- 1 year experience in social service setting.
- Customer service facing role experience.
- Reliability with attendance and punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy with Outlook, Word, SharePoint.

- Housing or hotel front desk experience.
- Social services knowledge in Seattle/King County.
