You'll provide culturally responsive customer service and emergency response at a nonprofit serving women. You'll act as a first responder to onsite situations, maintaining a secure and welcoming lobby. You'll support a diverse community with racial equity and social justice at the core.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and clients with referrals.
  • Monitor lobby security and enforce safety protocols.
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders.
  • Maintain accurate logs, emails, and administrative records.

📋 Requirements

  • 1 year experience in social service setting.
  • Customer service facing role experience.
  • Reliability with attendance and punctuality.
  • Basic computer literacy with Outlook, Word, SharePoint.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Housing or hotel front desk experience.
  • Social services knowledge in Seattle/King County.
