💼 About This Role

You'll lead large-scale rollouts of healthcare tools like Accurx Scribe in GP practices, ensuring they drive real transformation. You'll own the AI product introduction and scale implementation nationally. This role combines strategic project management with hands-on impact in a Tech for Good company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead rollout of complex products like Scribe across primary care practices.
• Set strategic boundaries on implementation plans and manage commercial expectations.
• Own introduction and scaling of AI features across practices.
• Review practice cohorts 6-9 months post go-live to assess product adoption.

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience managing complex implementations in a fast-paced business.
• Ability to drive projects independently and solve problems proactively.
• Comfortable having tough conversations with stakeholders while maintaining warmth.
• Skilled at explaining technical changes clearly and simply to non-technical users.
