💼 About This Role

You'll provide in-office end-user and desktop support at a fast-paced financial firm, resolving incidents and administering Microsoft 365. You'll manage endpoints with Intune and SCCM, and automate tasks with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide in-person end-user and desktop support following ITIL practices.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and M365.
• Manage endpoints with Intune, SCCM, and Jamf for provisioning and patching.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and M365.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS).
• Scripting and automation with Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Experience with voice, video, and collaboration platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
