You'll own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and technical roles, partnering directly with founders to build a high-signal hiring engine. Your core impact is sourcing and closing top talent for a fast-growing startup that is reinventing employee management with AI. This is a founding role with real ownership and impact in a team that grew from 9 to 33 in four months.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Source candidates through outbound channels for GTM and technical roles
- Run full-cycle recruiting from first outreach to signed offer
- Manage ATS (Ashby) and keep pipeline data clean and metrics up-to-date
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements
๐ Requirements
- 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in early-stage or high-growth startups
- Proven track record sourcing and closing GTM roles (AEs, BDRs, partnerships)
- Relentless sourcer who builds pipelines from scratch, not just inbound management
- Based in NYC and committed to in-office 5 days a week
