You'll lead a team of 5+ Customer Engineers, drive process improvements, and own the technical quality of implementations for life sciences clients. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering)
  • 3+ years managing or leading a technical team
  • Strong understanding of modern data pipelines and integration architectures
  • High proficiency in SQL (2+ years)
  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 5+ Customer Engineers
  • Own quality bar for customer implementations and support; track KPIs
  • Design scalable processes for customer implementations (data integration to go-live)
  • Partner with Implementation Managers, Engineering, and Product for smooth handoffs
  • Serve as senior technical escalation point for complex issues
