You'll lead a team of 5+ Customer Engineers, drive process improvements, and own the technical quality of implementations for life sciences clients. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering)
- 3+ years managing or leading a technical team
- Strong understanding of modern data pipelines and integration architectures
- High proficiency in SQL (2+ years)
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 5+ Customer Engineers
- Own quality bar for customer implementations and support; track KPIs
- Design scalable processes for customer implementations (data integration to go-live)
- Partner with Implementation Managers, Engineering, and Product for smooth handoffs
- Serve as senior technical escalation point for complex issues
