💼 About This Role

You'll work alongside onsite and remote engineering to deploy warehouse robotic systems, performing preventative maintenance and incident triage. This role is critical to Customer Success with up to 80% travel across US customer sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy and support robotic fleets in warehouses with customers
• Provide detailed training to customer teams onsite
• Travel up to 80% on short notice for site inspections and repairs
• Conduct routine and incident maintenance for robot fleet

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of troubleshooting and debugging in robotics or mechatronics
• Experience with system administration and network configuration
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and engineering manuals

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Workspace, especially Sheets
• Familiarity with command line interfaces and Bash
• Experience with electrical and mechanical tools
