💼 About This Role

You'll lead user research projects for JioHotstar's entertainment platform, partnering with designers, product managers, and engineers. You'll shape new experiences through generative and evaluative research that impacts product and business objectives. This role offers the chance to work on diverse projects across live sports, shows, and Disney content.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and design new products, interfaces, and user experiences across multiple platforms.
• Define problem statements and create project execution plans with product designers and managers.
• Coordinate with UXR and data science teams to devise metrics-driven and user-centric solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

📋 Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience as a UX Research Specialist or similar role.
• Relevant product research experience in end-to-end, usability, or generative settings.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methods including usability testing and field research.
• Portfolio containing work samples representing complex system research and testing outcomes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Applied primary research in the consumer-facing product space.
• Degree in Psychology, User Experience, Design, HCI, Anthropology, Social sciences, or related fields.
