You'll work on a deal origination engine, identifying and engaging prospective targets for M&A and strategic transactions at a construction tech company. You'll build a top-of-funnel pipeline and support early-stage deals, gaining high-visibility experience in a fast-paced environment.

- Identify target companies and conduct market mapping
- Execute personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Manage pipeline tracking and CRM records
- Support scheduling and preparation for introductory meetings
๐ Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in business development or corporate development
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- CRM management experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Market research and synthesis skills
