You'll work on a deal origination engine, identifying and engaging prospective targets for M&A and strategic transactions at a construction tech company. You'll build a top-of-funnel pipeline and support early-stage deals, gaining high-visibility experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Identify target companies and conduct market mapping
  • Execute personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Manage pipeline tracking and CRM records
  • Support scheduling and preparation for introductory meetings

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in business development or corporate development
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • CRM management experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Market research and synthesis skills
