Description

As a Product Operations Associate at Brex, you will be the operational partner within a technical product domain, ensuring flawless launches by embedding structured enablement into the product development lifecycle. You'll lead early access programs, drive feedback loops, and coordinate across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, Support, Legal, and Compliance to deliver measurable impact.

Requirements

• 2+ years in program management, product operations, or related field
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and process improvements
• Proficiency in defining and communicating key metrics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Looker, Jira, or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Act as primary operational partner to Product, Engineering, and Design
• Embed launch enablement into planning and release processes
• Establish delivery discipline, dependency visibility, and risk tracking
• Define and track success metrics with Product and Data teams
• Drive structured communication and alignment across internal stakeholders
