Description

You will lead the development of scalable tech training curricula by translating labor market intelligence and employer needs into high-quality learning products. This role involves owning the multi-year product roadmap, managing a team of Product Managers, and partnering with stakeholders to drive learner outcomes and job placement.

Requirements

• Experience in curriculum or product leadership within workforce development or tech training
• Ability to turn complex workforce challenges into learner-centered curriculum roadmaps
• Proven experience in stakeholder advisory and executive-level communication
• Expertise in instructional design and product thinking
• Familiarity with LMS, CRM, and cloud platforms

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain multi-year curriculum product roadmap with clear prioritization and tradeoffs
• Establish disciplined operating rhythm including execution planning and milestone tracking
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from evaluation to sunsetting
• Supervise and develop Product Managers team ensuring high-quality instructional output
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable learning objectives
