  • Provide technical support across global offices with focus on EMEA
  • Diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity issues on macOS/Windows
  • Manage service requests via ticketing system and ensure SLA adherence
  • Facilitate IT onboarding/offboarding and maintain asset inventory

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT Service Desk experience in a 500+ employee company
  • Hands-on with macOS and Windows hybrid environments
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve broad technical issues
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, GPT) and willingness to adopt AI

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or cloud-native company
  • Familiarity with IT automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, scripting)
  • Experience with G-Suite administration and Slack
