๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide technical support across global offices with focus on EMEA
- Diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity issues on macOS/Windows
- Manage service requests via ticketing system and ensure SLA adherence
- Facilitate IT onboarding/offboarding and maintain asset inventory
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of IT Service Desk experience in a 500+ employee company
- Hands-on with macOS and Windows hybrid environments
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve broad technical issues
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, GPT) and willingness to adopt AI
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or cloud-native company
- Familiarity with IT automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, scripting)
- Experience with G-Suite administration and Slack
