You'll define the growth strategy for Lyft Business, owning the marketing and lifecycle stack and the acquisition-to-activation journey. Your work will drive durable engagement and revenue across B2B and B2B2C customer segments. You'll build shared infrastructure for lifecycle, attribution, and experimentation that compounds across products.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define growth strategy across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.
  • Build growth stack: lifecycle CRM, in-app activation, attribution, and product analytics.
  • Architect the journey from awareness to landing in admin portal and rider app.
  • Design and operate growth loops for referrals, sponsored programs, and feedback loops.
  • Set experimentation cadence, shipping bar, and standard for readouts.

  • 8+ years of product management experience with growth or lifecycle ownership.
  • Track record of measurable impact on acquisition, activation, or retention metrics.
  • Quantitative rigor and experimentation discipline with funnels, cohorts, and A/B tests.
  • Fluency with modern growth stack (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
