You'll lead image quality testing for a global security systems manufacturer, ensuring video products meet high standards. You'll build testing processes, manage a team, and collaborate cross-functionally. Your work directly impacts product quality in a fast-growing tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate image quality: brightness, contrast, sharpness, noise
• Test day/night modes, WDR, HDR, 3DNR, BLC
• Build and improve image quality testing processes
• Create high-level test documentation and mentor engineers

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in image quality evaluation
• Knowledge of exposure, gain, gamma, color temperature
• Experience with Linux command line and network protocols (TCP/UDP)
• Leadership experience managing teams of 3+ people

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience developing test labs and infrastructure
• Knowledge of video compression (H.264/H.265, FPS, bitrate)
