As an Operations Associate, you will drive profitability and efficiency in the store by executing inventory management, supporting operational functions like shipment and sales floor recovery, and maintaining strong visual standards. You'll work closely with the team to ensure accurate inventory and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues, partnering with store management
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Support stockroom standards and processes to ensure safe and efficient operation
