💼 About This Role

You'll evolve a high-traffic website and ship responsive experiences for desktop and mobile. You'll be embedded in a cross-functional product team, influencing the product's trajectory through evidence-based design and Service Design thinking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Discover user needs through research and analytics
• Design responsive web experiences across breakpoints
• Create UX artifacts like user flows and prototypes
• Collaborate with engineers and product team on solutions

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a UX/UI design role
• Experience designing responsive web interfaces for desktop and mobile
• Hands-on experience with design systems (components, variants, tokens)
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components, libraries)

✨ Nice to Have

• Service Design mindset and tools (journey maps, service blueprints)
• Basic understanding of web accessibility (WCAG)
• Experience with Customer Development methodology
