💼 About This Role

You'll join VRChat to own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Design, and Product roles, driving searches from intake to close. You'll partner with hiring managers to build pipelines, calibrate candidates, and navigate competitive offers. This role stands out for its 20-hour/week contract in a 100% remote, hyper-growth metaverse company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across assigned technical, product, and creative roles.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines using sourcing and inbound channels.
• Act as thought partner to hiring managers on role scoping and strategy.
• Drive searches to close with offer strategy and candidate engagement.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring across technical, product, and/or creative roles.
• Proven ability to close candidates in competitive markets with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently managing multiple searches in a lean environment.
