Description

As a Weekend/Evening Registered Nurse, you will provide 1:1 home health visits in Schuylkill County, PA. You'll follow care plans, administer medications, perform wound care, and document using a tablet, with flexible scheduling and strong team support.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor client conditions and report changes
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations
