💼 About This Role

You'll manage visual merchandising and store operations at ALO's Southpark Mall location. You'll partner with the Visual Manager to execute floor sets, product recovery, and inventory control. This role combines retail operations with visual merchandising in a high-energy environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute visual merchandising changes per directive and partnership with Visual Manager
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, and reverse transfers
• Partner with management to analyze reporting and adjust product placement
• Open and close the store in accordance to visual standards

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making
• High energy, upbeat, and able to integrate fun and work
• Open availability including weekends and holiday blackout period

• Experience with retail reporting tools
• Prior visual merchandising experience
• Knowledge of yoga or mindful movement lifestyle
