You'll join Bluelight as an Outbound Sales Development Representative, focusing on generating new leads and opportunities for our SaaS solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate new sales leads via HubSpot, cold calls, email, and social media
• Identify prospect needs and qualify leads as sales opportunities
• Build relationships with decision-makers and set meetings for sales executives
• Collaborate with Marketing on outbound warm calling for ABM programs

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in SaaS
• Hunter's mentality with expert prospecting skills via cold calls and email
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and sales processes
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software

• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows
