Description

As a Data Engineer on the BI team, you'll design and build scalable data models and pipelines, manage infrastructure, and integrate AI tools to deliver high-quality datasets that drive business strategy. You'll work across the full data lifecycle, from raw ingestion to analytics, collaborating closely with stakeholders to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Analytics Engineering or Data Engineering
• Deep expertise in SQL and dimensional modeling
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, AWS, Python, Terraform
• Proficiency using AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, or Claude)
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve ambiguous business problems

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to design end-to-end data architecture for complex problems
• Design and maintain scalable data models in Snowflake and Iceberg using dbt and SQL
• Build and manage data pipelines and CI/CD workflows with Airflow, Python, and Terraform
• Implement data quality testing, documentation, and governance
• Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., Snowflake Cortex AI) to democratize analytics
