🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a team of 10+ survey professionals
• Drive adoption of digital twin and UAV technologies
• Oversee project scopes, budgets, and resource allocation
• Support proposal development and client relationships

📋 Requirements

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS/PS) license in any state
• 8-10 years professional surveying experience
• 3-5 years in leadership or management role
• Experience with LiDAR and UAV technologies

• Multi-state licensure (PA, OH, MI)
• Digital twin methodology knowledge
• GIS and geospatial data management experience
