As Regional Operations Director, you will lead multiple infusion centers in the Miami market, overseeing daily operations, P&L, and team development. You'll drive best-in-class performance, ensure exceptional patient experiences, and collaborate with central teams to optimize processes and support growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare leadership experience, preferably multi-site
• Experience managing P&L and leading clinical and administrative teams
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple infusion centers to ensure seamless patient experience
• Support P&L for the market, ensuring strong financial and operational performance
• Recruit, mentor, and grow center-level staff; oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll
• Drive operational excellence by partnering with central teams and supporting launch of new centers
• Collaborate with Business Development to achieve patient census goals and build referral relationships
