As a Stylist at Mejuri, you'll deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience that redefines luxury. You'll guide customers in discovering fine jewelry that resonates with their personal style, while driving key performance metrics like sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge to style customers
• Ability to meet KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT
• Attention to detail and highly organized working style

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering Mejuri's Steps of Selling to ensure quality customer experience
• Promote services including piercing, engraving, and other offerings
• Support back of house order fulfillment for in-store, phone, and BOPIS sales
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
• Uphold organizational integrity of back of house inventory and supplies
