You'll act as a senior partner to Client Leadership, translating strategy into execution across teams and systems. Your core impact is defining and scaling processes, metrics, and AI-driven automation to enhance client lifetime value. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Client Leadership to translate strategy into operating priorities and decision frameworks.
• Define and monitor client-facing and operational metrics (adoption, utilization, time-to-value).
• Define and evolve the client operating model, including handoffs and cross-functional dependencies.
• Lead operational strategy for partner programs, establishing lifecycle processes and cross-functional execution.
• Partner with CRM/Technology owners to improve system workflows supporting the client lifecycle.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in strategy, operations, or transformation roles within a client-facing organization.
• Proven experience in operational process design and scaling client operations.
• Track record of leading through influence without formal authority across cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making and defining client success metrics.
