You'll serve as the pulse of global support initiatives in Coupa's Center of Excellence, tracking deliverables and coordinating cross-functional teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and update project trackers for CoE deliverables.
• Schedule and facilitate sync-ups for various initiatives.
• Assist in gathering data for weekly or monthly status updates.
• Support creation and maintenance of internal wikis and playbooks.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks of the CoE.

• High organizational aptitude with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive follow-up skills with persistence and professionalism.
• Detail orientation to catch missed deadlines or formatting errors.
• Collaborative spirit in a team-centric environment.
• Foundational tech skills in productivity tools like Google Workspace.
