• Build trusted relationships with client groups to understand business needs.
• Provide pragmatic ER advice on complex employee relations matters.
• Lead people projects such as retention strategy and engagement surveys.
• Partner with recruitment teams to ensure efficient hiring aligned with DEI goals.

📋 Requirements

• Excellent ER expertise – independently run complex HR processes.
• Strong commercial acumen – understand business drivers and people practices.
• Proven ability to build relationships at all levels while maintaining boundaries.
• Experience with international territories and their complexities.
