You'll own interview scheduling and candidate communication across the full hiring funnel. You'll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep high-volume interviews running smoothly. This hybrid role is in San Mateo, CA, three days a week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles and teams.
• Serve as primary candidate contact throughout the process.
• Maintain clean pipeline data in Ashby.
• Support recruiters with pipeline reporting and sourcing logistics.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in Recruiting Coordination or similar high-volume role.
• Clear, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Comfort managing shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Discretion with confidential candidate and compensation information.

• Experience with Ashby.
• Prior time at a high-growth startup or healthcare/enterprise software company.
