💼 About This Role

You'll provide rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team. As a home health OT, you'll conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans to help clients achieve greater independence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' functional status.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects of performance.
• Develop individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Ability to perform home visits and evaluate home environments
