You'll drive partner-first revenue growth for Okta in Japan, working with SI partners to co-sell identity solutions. Your core impact is expanding pipeline and enabling partner success through joint business plans.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop annual business plans with partners.
- Build partner sales, pre-sales, and post-sales capabilities.
- Generate pipeline through MDF and sales strategies.
- Manage joint marketing activities with key partners.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of partner management experience at a cybersecurity or SaaS company.
- Fluent Japanese and working-level English.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience driving demand generation and partner capability building.
