You'll drive partner-first revenue growth for Okta in Japan, working with SI partners to co-sell identity solutions. Your core impact is expanding pipeline and enabling partner success through joint business plans.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop annual business plans with partners.
  • Build partner sales, pre-sales, and post-sales capabilities.
  • Generate pipeline through MDF and sales strategies.
  • Manage joint marketing activities with key partners.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of partner management experience at a cybersecurity or SaaS company.
  • Fluent Japanese and working-level English.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience driving demand generation and partner capability building.
