💼 About This Role

You'll work closely with a geographically diverse engineering organization embedded within a core domain team. Beyond contributing code, you'll shape architectural direction through hands-on leadership and pragmatic systems thinking. Your initial focus will be learning existing architecture and domain models, then leading architectural iteration and modernization of the platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and implement backend services using **C# / .NET**.
• Optimize MySQL schemas and data models for core workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine system architecture and modernization strategy.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to raise engineering quality bar.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in C# / .NET (Core/5+).
• Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL or similar) including modeling and migrations.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PHP or legacy-application modernization.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Prior experience as technical lead or architect for backend services.
