🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead GTM analytics and planning strategies for global sales organization
• Build and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Oversee sales performance measurement including win rates and forecasting
• Drive quarterly GTM planning initiatives like territory and quota planning

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Analytics within B2B SaaS
• GTM planning expertise including quota modeling and territory management
• Technical proficiency with Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and BI platforms
• Experience with Python or R for advanced modeling and forecasting

• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools for analytics
• Leadership experience managing analytics or RevOps teams
