💼 About This Role

You'll lead EDB's global accounting controllership operations, ensuring financial integrity and building public-company readiness. Your core impact is driving close process improvements and internal controls maturation to support our trajectory toward IPO. This high-visibility role offers direct interaction with executive leadership and the Audit Committee.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end global monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles
• Lead design, implementation, and maturation of internal controls function
• Spearhead technical accounting research and policy setting for US GAAP areas
• Act as primary liaison to external auditors and support Audit Committee

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience with 4+ years in senior leadership
• Public-company or late-stage private-company accounting leadership experience
• CPA certification and Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Deep technical US GAAP expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606), business combinations, equity compensation

• Mix of Big-4 and corporate accounting experience
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and FloQast reporting tools
• Software/SaaS or technology industry background
