💼 About This Role

You'll deliver face-to-face rehabilitative programming services in a therapeutic community within a prison setting. You'll support the Pine Grove Youth Conservation Camp by facilitating groups, individual sessions, and activities. This role offers the chance to work with an internationally acclaimed teaching community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate large and small group therapy and activities
• Provide individual support and develop treatment alliances
• Collect and submit data and track attendance
• Participate in conflict resolution and mediation

📋 Requirements

• Registered with a DHCS-approved organization and obtain AOD certification within five years
• At least 50% of PCs must have one year of counseling, mentoring, or teaching experience with offenders
• For other PCs: AOD certification or one year of professional counseling experience or a Bachelor's degree in counseling

• Formerly incarcerated or justice involved with productive law-abiding life since discharge
