You'll lead the commercial strategy for Octopus Energy Germany, driving growth across sales channels, retention, and partnerships. As part of the senior management team, you'll shape the unit economics and scale innovative products in a fast-paced environment.

- Develop and execute commercial strategy across all sales channels
- Own unit economics and channel profitability
- Lead retention strategy and customer lifetime value optimization
- Manage sales teams and strategic partnerships
๐ Requirements
- 8โ12 years experience in a scale-up with B2C focus
- Proven P&L responsibility across multiple areas
- Data-driven decision-making with hands-on analytics
- Fluent in German and English
